• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Electric scooter rental services for delivery partners, gig workers, and individuals
• Franchise opportunities for EV scooter rental operations
• Related support services, technology, and infrastructure

• Use vehicles responsibly and only for lawful purposes
• Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines
• Not misuse, damage, or modify company vehicles or equipment
• Responsible for fines, penalties, or damages caused during the rental period
• Keep your account credentials confidential

• Rental fees, franchise fees, security deposits, penalties, and other charges must be paid as applicable
• Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways
• Failure to pay dues may result in suspension or termination of services
• Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise

• Vehicles are provided on an "as-is" basis
• Users must inspect the vehicle before use and report issues immediately
• Maxryd is not liable for losses caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized usage
• Users may be held financially responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear

• Franchise partners must comply with separate franchise agreements
• Brand usage, operations, and revenue sharing are governed by executed franchise contracts
• Maxryd reserves the right to audit franchise operations when required

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services if:

• False or misleading information is provided
• There is violation of these Terms or applicable laws
• Payments remain unpaid
• There is misuse of vehicles or platform

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials related to Maxryd are the exclusive property of Maxryd Private Limited. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maxryd, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse of services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Maxryd may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
