Rental Amount – No Refund Policy
Rental payments are non-refundable in all situations.
- All rental amounts paid for EV scooter rentals are strictly non-refundable.
- Once the rent is paid, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances, including early return, non-usage, or service discontinuation.
Security Deposit Refund Policy
Deposit refund eligibility depends on usage duration and verification checks.
Eligibility Rules
- A security deposit may be collected at onboarding or vehicle allocation.
- Refund only if scooter is actively used for minimum 1 month.
- If 1 month usage not completed, deposit will not be refunded.
Refund Conditions
- No pending dues or penalties
- No damages beyond normal wear and tear
- Return of vehicle and accessories in good condition
Cancellation Policy
Scooter rental cancellations are not available.
- Maxryd does not offer any cancellation policy for scooter rentals.
- Once a booking, allocation, or agreement is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
Franchise Refund Policy
Franchise fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable.
- All franchise fees paid to Maxryd Private Limited are strictly non-refundable.
- No refunds, cancellations, or transfers are permitted for franchise agreements under any circumstances.
Deductions and Adjustments
Eligible refunds may be adjusted against outstanding amounts.
- Maxryd reserves the right to deduct outstanding dues, penalties, repair costs, or damages from the security deposit before processing any eligible refund.
Processing Time
Refund processing depends on verification and internal compliance checks.
- Eligible security deposit refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after verification, subject to internal checks and compliance.
Changes to This Policy
Maxryd may update this policy anytime and changes apply upon publication.
Maxryd reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon publication on the website or app.
